To effectively communicate is to actively listen!
Communication is the door to conveying a message, whether verbally or nonverbally, between two or more persons. Effective Communication requires the intended message to be delivered and understood successfully by the receiver. It is a two-way street between the speaker and the receiver and is at the basis of building healthy relationships.
In this webinar, students will
- Learn about the characteristics of effective communication.
- Determine the factors that impede communication and thus, message delivery.
- Develop their communication skills by identifying them.
- Define non-verbal communication.
- Be able to apply the learned skills in their everyday life.
